Symptoms
  -   Right sided heart failure
  -   Heart murmur
  -   Cyanosis
  -   Edema
  -   Ascites
  -   Cirrhosis
  -   Elevated jugular venous pressure

Echocardiography/Doppler is essential to confirm the diagnosis
Heart Catheterization
ECG – may be beneficial.
