Chicken Thighs prepared with honey and lime and pan-fried is one amazing dish. This recipe is quite simple to prepare, with typical ingredients. Honey Lime Chicken is a perfect option.

Honey Lime Chicken Thigh


–  6-8 Chicken Thighs
–  4 tablespoons Lime Juice (Can be freshly squeezed)
–  1 Lime Sliced (Garnish)
–  1/2 teaspoon Salt
–  2 tablespoons Honey
–  1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
–  12 Green Onions chopped
–  2 tablespoons Olive Oil


Prior to Cooking:
1.)  Combine Honey, Lime Juice, and Soy Sauce in a small bowl
2.)  Sprinkle Salt onto Chicken Thighs and under the skin  (Use more as necessary)
3.)  Use 12-inch skillet or similar
4.)  Heat Olive oil over medium-high

5.)  Add Chicken to skillet – skin down
6.)  Cook for 5 minutes or until nicely brown
7.)  Turn so skin is side up
8.)  Add Honey and Lime mixture to the skillet
9.)  Reduce heat to low
10.)  Cover and cook chicken for 14 – 18 minutes  (180 degrees)

Right before serving:
11.)  Place Chicken on Plates
12.)  Drizzle chicken with pan juices
13.)  Garnish with chopped Green Onion and Lime Slices
