The premiums are $100 per month. Long term care is costing $75,000 per year so $50 per day is not that great. Long term care insurance is still the safest option, but it is not for everyone. I am not trying to be judgmental but I wonder if the people who are really in need are the ones who are getting the help. I guess may always be the case.
