		<description>They have carbohydrates in them, yes, but they are a very good source for protein. If you want relatively pure protein, stick with meat, but then you will be getting fat to some degree, too.</description>

		<description>I have tried low-carb diets and I seemed to do pretty good for the first month or so.  Then I noticed I started having some cravings for other foods.  I try to stick to a &quot;lower&quot; carb diet and overall it seems to work pretty good.</description>
