		<description>Sunscreen typically helps protect the skin against UV light - therefore it prevents production of vitamin D.  Typical need for sunlight is around 20 minutes - place sunscreen after 20 minutes - just don&#039;t forget.  Too much sun can be quite a problem as well</description>
